Utilivra makes it easy to buy used items from Kijiji or Facebook Marketplace. After finding your item, contact the seller and make an agreement about the price of the item, and let the seller know that Utilivra will pick up the item and deliver it to you. Next, fill out the delivery request form on our website. Utilivra offers a “Leave at my door” option if you pay in advance online.

here are two options:

• You can pay directly to the seller (online or cash) and you pay Utilivra for the delivery fee only

• You can pay the total of the item cost plus the delivery fee and Utilivra will pay the seller for you upon item pickup

For the Montreal area it is a flat rate: $25 for lighter than 50 pounds and $40 for heavier than 50 pounds. At the current time however we don’t transport items that require more than one person to lift.

We accept cash or online payment, including credit card and online transfer.

Cancellation before delivery is free of charge. However, if an item is delivered to you and you want to return it to the seller, you will pay a delivery charge of $25 for items lighter than 50 pounds and $40 for items heavier than 50 pounds.

We deliver almost any legal item listed on Kijiji or Facebook Marketplace, except very bulky items that require more than one person to load and unload. Items will be assessed on an individual basis.

After arrangements are made with the seller, we can deliver your order in 3-5 business days.

If the seller agrees, you can return the item and get your money back. Utilivra will refund you the item value, but delivery charges will still apply.
